WHO I AM

I manage a team of builders and associated trades specialising in high quality renovation projects. I am very experienced in dealing with older French properties in need of modernisation and repairs. I provide suggestions on renovating you property and have the team to bring your dreams to reality.

Roofing, tiling, walls, kitchens, bathrooms, plastering. You name it. Whatever issues you have with your property I have a solution for.

I am an environmentally sustainable and work safe conscious builder and only use contractors that are verified, registered and fully insured.

During our first site visit , I aim to answer all your renovation questions and outline the steps necessary to bring the project to life. I will give you an approximate cost and time schedule at this stage.

To avoid uncertainty, I use your existing house plans as a blueprint when I redesign your home, kitchen or bathroom. I can also conduct an onsite check measure if these are not available. I believe that every renovation project is possible and I have a strong interior design and trade team that can help bring your project to life.

I will never tell you that a job can be completed before its realistic time frame, also I will never say that a job will cost less than what it is likely to cost. At quotation, we ensure that all work items for your renovation are fully detailed and disclosed. This way you know what materials and work are included and what is not. Furthermore, should you require it you will receive a project schedule at the start of your renovation, so that you can track the progress of each day.
